How much Forge AI does my subscription include?
Each department subscription includes a Forge AI quota sized for that department's workload. Heavy use beyond the quota bills at cost-plus. Enterprise gets dedicated capacity with a custom cap. Usage is visible in your Merkava dashboard at all times.
Can I bring my own AI key?
Bring-your-own-key support is on the roadmap. When it ships, your key will be used for inference only — never to write to Merkava data.
Is there an annual discount?
Yes — annual billing gives you 12 months for the price of 10 (two months free) on every department and the Full C-Suite. Pick Annual when you activate. Annual plans bill once per year and are non-refundable; the 30-day first-charge refund applies to monthly plans.
Do you offer refunds?
Monthly plans: full refund within 30 days of your first paid charge, no questions asked; after that, case-by-case. Annual plans are non-refundable.
