ONBOARDING · BUILD live

Ignition. Customer onboarding that turns into a Drive recommendation.

Ignition asks every new customer ~8 questions about what they're running, then recommends the Drives + AI executives that match. Your sales team stops guessing, your customer's first 24 hours stop being awkward.

What Ignition does.

Eight-question intake

Stage of business, primary motion (B2B / B2C / marketplace), team size, top-of-mind pain. Branching is rule-based — no LLM in the critical path, deterministic for every operator.

Drive recommendation that's honest

Ignition recommends only the Drives that match the customer's answers — not every Drive in the catalog. If your customer doesn't need Beacon yet, Ignition tells them not to install it.

Hand-off to C2

When the customer accepts the recommendation, Ignition triggers C2 (Command & Control) to auto-hire the recommended AI execs. The customer lands on a populated workspace instead of an empty grid.

Customer-facing template mode

You can embed Ignition flows on YOUR marketing site too. Operators on the Growth tier get YAML-defined onboarding templates that publish to /ignite/<slug> for prospects to walk through before booking a demo.

When to use it.

Integrates with.

Slack (notify on completed flow) Calendly (book post-flow demo) HubSpot (sync recommendations to lead record)

Pairs well with.

Crew

Questions.

How long does the customer-facing flow take?

Median three minutes. The 8-question structure is intentional — long enough to actually inform a recommendation, short enough that operators don't bail.

Can I customize the questions?

Yes, on the Growth tier and above. Ignition's template mode lets you author questions in YAML, branch on previous answers, and publish to a public /ignite/<slug> URL.

Why rule-based instead of an AI-driven recommendation?

Determinism. The recommendation a customer sees needs to be the same recommendation our team would give. An LLM in the critical path means an LLM-flavored answer to "what should I install" — and the answers can drift between sessions. The rule engine is auditable.

What if the recommended Drives turn out to be wrong?

The customer's data informs the recommendation, but the customer chooses which Drives to install. Ignition is a starting point, not a contract. The recommendation persists in their account so they can revisit it later.

How does Ignition decide which Drives to recommend?

Rule-based decision tree, not an LLM. The 8-question intake maps to a scoring vector (operator type, business stage, primary motion, integrations needed, team size). Each Drive has a fit profile; the engine matches and ranks. Operators see WHY each recommendation was made — every recommendation cites the answers that led to it.

Can I use Ignition as my own customer-facing onboarding?

Yes — the /ignite/<slug> page is publishable per venture. Use the same engine to onboard YOUR customers (e.g., a SaaS quizzing prospects on which plan fits their stack). Branded, white-label, scoped to your venture.

What does Ignition cost?
