No — Xero requires a paid subscription. The integration works with all Xero tiers (Starter, Standard, Premium).

Yes. Settings → Integrations → Xero → Disconnect in Merkava, or revoke the authorization from your Xero account directly. Disconnect stops sync immediately. Data already pulled into Merkava remains in your tenant; you can purge it from Settings → Data → Purge Integration Data if you also want it cleared.

Your Xero data stays where it is — Merkava only stores a synced copy for the plugins that need it. Cancellation lets you export your tenant's data (Settings → Data Export) and the synced copy is deleted at the end of your billing period. The original Xero account is unaffected.
