Does the Pipedrive integration cost anything extra?
Free with any Merkava plan. Pipedrive's own subscription applies separately. The integration itself ships free with Merkava; you don't pay per event, per record, or per sync.
Which Merkava plugins use Pipedrive?
Sales (Prospector, OODA, Signals). The integration is shared across these plugins — connect Pipedrive once and any plugin that needs CRM data has it.
How does authorization work?
OAuth 2.0 via Pipedrive's marketplace app; scoped to the company account you authorize. Merkava never sees your password — you authorize through Pipedrive's standard auth flow and revoke access from your Pipedrive account at any time.
What Pipedrive permissions does Merkava request?
deals:full, contacts:full, activities:full, search:read. We request the minimum scopes needed for the use case; nothing broader than what's required to sync deals, contacts, organizations, and activities between Pipedrive and Merkava's Sales plugins. Operators see and approve the exact scope list at install.
Is the integration two-way?
Yes. Two-way sync — Merkava can read existing Pipedrive data and write deal/contact updates back.
Does this work with Pipedrive's free tier?
Pipedrive's minimum tier (Essential) supports the integration. The free trial works for testing.
Can I disconnect at any time?
Yes. Settings → Integrations → Pipedrive → Disconnect in Merkava, or revoke the authorization from your Pipedrive account directly. Disconnect stops sync immediately. Data already pulled into Merkava remains in your tenant; you can purge it from Settings → Data → Purge Integration Data if you also want it cleared.
What happens to my Pipedrive data if I cancel Merkava?
Your Pipedrive data stays where it is — Merkava only stores a synced copy for the plugins that need it. Cancellation lets you export your tenant's data (Settings → Data Export) and the synced copy is deleted at the end of your billing period. The original Pipedrive account is unaffected.
