Does the HubSpot integration cost anything extra?
Free with any Merkava plan. HubSpot's own pricing applies separately on their side. The integration itself ships free with Merkava; you don't pay per event, per record, or per sync.
Which Merkava plugins use HubSpot?
Sales (Prospector, OODA, Signals). The integration is shared across these plugins — connect HubSpot once and any plugin that needs CRM data has it.
How does authorization work?
OAuth 2.0 via HubSpot's app marketplace; scoped to the portal you authorize. Merkava never sees your password — you authorize through HubSpot's standard auth flow and revoke access from your HubSpot account at any time.
What HubSpot permissions does Merkava request?
crm.objects.contacts.read/write, crm.objects.companies.read/write, crm.objects.deals.read/write. We request the minimum scopes needed for the use case; nothing broader than what's required to sync contacts, companies, deals, and pipeline stages between Merkava's CRM plugin (Prospector) and HubSpot. Operators see and approve the exact scope list at install.
Is the integration two-way?
Yes. Two-way sync — contact and deal updates flow in both directions with conflict resolution by last-write timestamp.
Does this work with HubSpot's free tier?
Yes. HubSpot Free CRM works for the integration. Some advanced fields (e.g., custom properties) require HubSpot Starter or above.
Can I disconnect at any time?
Yes. Settings → Integrations → HubSpot → Disconnect in Merkava, or revoke the authorization from your HubSpot account directly. Disconnect stops sync immediately. Data already pulled into Merkava remains in your tenant; you can purge it from Settings → Data → Purge Integration Data if you also want it cleared.
What happens to my HubSpot data if I cancel Merkava?
Your HubSpot data stays where it is — Merkava only stores a synced copy for the plugins that need it. Cancellation lets you export your tenant's data (Settings → Data Export) and the synced copy is deleted at the end of your billing period. The original HubSpot account is unaffected.
