Does the Calendly integration cost anything extra?
Free with any Merkava plan. Calendly's own pricing applies separately. The integration itself ships free with Merkava; you don't pay per event, per record, or per sync.
Which Merkava Drives use Calendly?
SALES (Prospector), OPS (Cohort, Onramp). The integration is shared across these Drives — connect Calendly once and any Drive that needs scheduling data has it.
How does authorization work?
OAuth 2.0 via Calendly's API; scoped to the user account you authorize. Merkava never sees your password — you authorize through Calendly's standard auth flow and revoke access from your Calendly account at any time.
What Calendly permissions does Merkava request?
event_types:read, scheduled_events:read/write, user:read, webhook:create. We request the minimum scopes needed for the use case; nothing broader than what's required to route Calendly bookings into Merkava — pipeline stage updates from sales calls, candidate interview confirmations from Onramp, cohort milestone calls. Operators see and approve the exact scope list at install.
Is the integration two-way?
Mostly inbound — Merkava receives booking events and updates relevant Drives. Calendly itself owns the scheduling UI; Merkava doesn't modify Calendly availability.
Does this work with Calendly's free tier?
Yes. Calendly Free (1 event type) works for the integration. Paid Calendly tiers add multiple event types and advanced routing.
Can I disconnect at any time?
Yes. Settings → Integrations → Calendly → Disconnect in Merkava, or revoke the authorization from your Calendly account directly. Disconnect stops sync immediately. Data already pulled into Merkava remains in your tenant; you can purge it from Settings → Data → Purge Integration Data if you also want it cleared.
What happens to my Calendly data if I cancel Merkava?
Your Calendly data stays where it is — Merkava only stores a synced copy for the Drives that need it. Cancellation lets you export your tenant's data (Settings → Data Export) and the synced copy is deleted at the end of your billing period. The original Calendly account is unaffected.
