How is Prospector different from HubSpot CRM, Salesforce, or Pipedrive?
Those are CRMs priced per seat — you pay $20–$100/seat/month even when there's only one of you, and the per-seat math punishes operators running the pipeline themselves without a sales team. Prospector is a Drive inside Merkava, scoped per-venture: deals, contacts, clients, and quick-action activity logs all live alongside the rest of your operating data, not in a separate tool.
Where do leads come from?
Multiple intake paths. Freeform (lead-gen forms) drops form submissions directly into Prospector as new contacts. Apollo / data-enrichment integrations push prospects with firmographic enrichment. Manual entry for one-offs. CSV import for batch. Inbound emails routed through Relay can land contacts too. Every intake path tags the contact's source so attribution is automatic.
How does Prospector qualify and rank leads?
Prospector reads the contact's firmographic + activity data (Freeform answers, email opens, page visits via Webster), scores against your ICP rules, and ranks by likelihood-to-close. The ranking is explainable — every rank has a "why this score" view showing which signals drove the placement.
Does Prospector run outbound cadences?
For sequences and outbound, that's Pitcher (part of Quillsly's SAM in the GROWTH bundle). Prospector handles the pipeline + relationship layer; Pitcher handles the outbound motion against your ICP. The two share contact records — Pitcher's send results land back on the contact in Prospector.
Can I run Prospector for multiple ventures?
