How the recommendation gets built
The picker uses a scoring model that weights each exec against the inputs:
- Priority gets the heaviest weight (the painful function)
- Operator shape biases (solo emphasizes ops + growth; ecommerce biases growth; multi-business biases ops)
- Channel bias (organic → growth; outbound → sales)
- Revenue gates (FINANCE only activates above $3K MRR)
- Budget tier determines how many execs to recommend (low budget → 1 exec; high budget → full team)
The model is deterministic — same inputs produce same output. The result is shareable.
